Your mission
The successful new joiner will be a member of an international team, which enables him/her to improve his/her technical and personal competencies.
- AI Feature Delivery: You are able to design and implement robust AI features for the TMS Offer Module, including AI agents for planning, customer service, pricing, lane recommendations, and automated tender responses.
- RAG/LLM Pipeline Engineering: You are able to build and optimize RAG/LLM pipelines—document ingestion, chunking, embeddings, vector search, prompt orchestration, and structured output parsing.
- Evaluation, Safety & Guardrails: You are able to create and maintain golden datasets, enforce content filters and guardrails, and instrument telemetry for cost, latency, and quality.
- Engineering Excellence: You are able to write production-grade, testable code, collaborate on architecture, and automate tests and reliability drills for AI flows.
- Data & Privacy-by-Design: You are able to operationalize data pipelines, apply privacy and security best practices, and ensure tenant isolation and consent policies.
